Client Services Coordinator As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing general support to a team of sales professionals focused on Retail Leasing efforts.
Responsibilities
Collect documentation to complete voucher forms and support broker commission payment process.
Draft templated real estate agreements and associated disclosures.
Prepare expense reports in accordance with established guidelines.
Maintain CBRE brand by applying templates to produce marketing materials: property brochures, flyers, e‑blasts, and proposals.
Create marketing assets: site plans, floor plans, maps.
Review marketing materials and act as a point of contact for various groups to coordinate the completion of packages.
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meeting room reservations.
Update and maintain various information databases, both internal and external systems.
Generate standard and ad hoc reports and assist with website updates.
Explain detailed and/or complicated information; comprehend instructions, short communications, and memos; write routine reports and communications.
Respond to common questions or complaints.
Requirements
High school diploma.
3+ years of providing administrative support to teams of professionals.
2+ years in the Real Estate industry preferred.
Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions and basic knowledge of financial terms and concepts; ability to conduct basic financial analysis.
Strong problem‑solving, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
Ability to edit templates in Power Point and/or InDesign.
Strong marketing knowledge desirable.
