
Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Marketing Specialist to support our team in delivering high-quality service and promotional solutions. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Research products, confirm pricing, and prepare customer quotes
Create and process purchase orders with vendors
Review order details for accuracy, including artwork, colors, sizing, and spelling
Track orders and proactively communicate updates to customers
Maintain timely email response standards (within one hour)
Collaborate with internal teams including sales, warehouse, and accounting
Submit necessary documentation to accounting for invoicing
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Conduct periodic outreach to customers regarding new products and promotions
Answer incoming calls in accordance with company protocols
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic mathematical proficiency
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime
Education & Experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to understand product specifications and branding requirements
Additional Information
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Primarily office-based role with occasional travel for events or customer meetings
