
PROPERTY COORDINATOR

An established Real Estate/Property Management company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to support the day-to‑day operations of the property management team. This role is responsible for administrative coordination, tenant communication, vendor management, and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, and thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and service issues
Maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure timely communication and follow‑up on all requests
Assist with daily operations across assigned properties
Track and coordinate maintenance requests and work orders
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and services
Obtain quotes, schedule work, and ensure timely completion
Monitor vendor performance and maintain vendor relationships
Ensure all work complies with company standards and contracts
Maintain accurate property records, files, and documentation
Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and reporting
Support lease administration and renewals
Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation
Requirements
2+ years of experience in property management, real estate, or administrative coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); property management software is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
COMPENSATION: $50-60k
