About the Role This role sits at the

front door of our revenue engine .

As an

Inbound Account Executive professional , you will be responsible for qualifying and converting high-intent inbound leads, supporting the sales team throughout the deal cycle, and ensuring prospects receive a best-in-class buying experience from first touch to close.

This is a

contract-to-permanent opportunity

designed for someone who wants to prove themselves quickly and grow into a long-term sales or revenue role. You will be

in the office five days a week

in downtown Monterey, working side‑by‑side with leadership and the sales team.

What You’ll Do Be the First Impression

Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with founders, CFOs, and executives.

Speak knowledgeably and convey the broad, deep experience of a tenured fintech firm.

Represent the firm’s credibility, expertise, and urgency in every interaction.

Solve the prospect’s problem - they are calling us for a solution.

Own Inbound Lead Qualification

Respond rapidly to inbound valuation inquiries, and website leads.

You assess the client’s needs and the problem that they are calling -for us to solve.

Negotiate and close deals on the spot, then follow through to close.

Book high-quality meetings for senior sales leadership.

Support the Sales Process

Prepare proper background research prior to sales calls.

Assist with proposals, follow-ups, and deal coordination.

Maintain clean, accurate CRM records in HubSpot.

Enable Scale

Identify patterns in inbound demand and share insights with sales and marketing.

Help refine messaging, qualification criteria, and internal processes as we grow.

Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for

You likely are:

A strong communicator who sounds confident on the phone and concise in writing.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.

Competitive, motivated and goes that extra mile to serve a client.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Experience & Skills

1–3+ years in SDR, including inbound and outbound sales.

Experience qualifying inbound leads in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or professional services.

Finance education and/or finance environment experience a real plus.

Familiarity with the public stock market and the mechanics of equity are a plus.

Familiarity with sales tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM - Hubspot) is a plus.

Finance, accounting, business, or economics background is highly preferred.
