Salesforce & Conga CPQ Business Analyst

Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, including Agile frameworks and backlog management.
Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story development with clear acceptance criteria.
Experience working with Salesforce solutions, including configuration and process automation.
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation, regression testing methodologies and defect resolution processes
Understanding of data flows, business rules, and process mapping to ensure transparency and effective system design.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices in IT governance and compliance.
Industry Background
Experience in a Salesforce and Conga CPQ environment, preferably within a technology-driven Engineering industrial sector.
