Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the district office.
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
Provide information about Farmers Insurance products and services.
Assist with general office duties, including filing and data entry.
Process policy changes and endorsements accurately.
Contribute to a welcoming and efficient office atmosphere.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
A positive and helpful demeanor.
