Insurance Customer Service Representative
We're looking for someone passionate about providing excellent customer service to clients and policyholders. As our next insurance customer service representative, you will show our policyholders the value of being one of our customers by generating insurance quotations and providing coverage advice. You'll also be in charge of giving current policyholders excellent customer service by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and making policy suggestions. relying on referrals only Apply appropriate changes to consumer policies based on the information provided Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork Answer incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our organization Qualifications
Strong communication skills, you can work anywhere in the country, but you have to be plugged into your mentor (your mentor does not succeed unless you do) No felonies Willing to get an insurance license Be motivated! This is a commission-based position, and you can earn it if you put in the work Trainable Coachable Applicants must have a strong work ethic, be driven to succeed, and be willing to go above and beyond to achieve above-average results Must be willing to work for the income you expect to make in your first year Possesses basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems Basic knowledge of insurance policy procedures and schedules is preferred Previous customer service experience required for this position Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills Position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent Compensation $40,000 - $75,000 yearly About The Cormier Group We help people by providing affordable final expense, whole life, term, and IUL policies.
