
Continuous Improvement Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities
Demonstrate willingness to learn and operate all on‑site equipment, including CNC operation support as needed.
Identify and analyse gaps in current processes to determine areas for improvement.
Implement approved solutions to optimise workflows.
Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and visual management tools.
Assist other departments on an as‑needed basis.
Act as a mentor for new staff members by conducting training sessions and providing support.
Ensure customer satisfaction through innovation and service excellence.
Support MS&S and Group Senior Leadership to define behaviours and culture aligned with AESSEAL’s Mission & Vision statements.
Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice, as determined by business needs.
Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Ethical Standards
Adhere to all HESQ standards and policies set out by Management.
Support Management in developing new HESQ standards and processes.
Adhere to and demonstrate AES Group ethical standards.

Operate a computer and PC equipment. Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Competent in using AESSEAL Portal tools (CSDS, Drawing Search, eVE, and Quick Quote).
Read part drawings.
Utilise measuring tools.
Education and Experience
High School Graduate or GED required.
Higher education in Industrial Engineering or Business Management preferred.
In absence of formal education, 10 years of direct process management in a senior role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SAP or other ERP experience preferred.
Prior experience or knowledge of mechanical seals or pumps preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
This position works in an open office environment where teamwork is emphasised. Regular attendance in the office is an essential function of the role.
Other essential functions include:

Oral Expression – ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
