The Role
- Lead the development and execution of omnichannel digital marketing campaigns across multiple clients
- Manage paid media strategy across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic channels
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality, and performance standards are met
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns
- Serve as a key client contact, providing updates, recommendations, and strategic guidance
The Ideal Candidate
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or campaign environments
- Strong hands-on experience with paid social and programmatic advertising platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
- Skilled in interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and marketing/analytics tools
- Strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
