As Theodore Alexander continues to expand its retail presence, our Manhasset showroom is seeking driven, high-performance Luxury Sales Consultants to join our team.

What You’ll Do:
Confidently engage clients and lead the sales conversation from introduction to close
Deliver a luxury-level client experience aligned with a globally recognized brand
Build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele, interior designers, and trade partners
Translate client needs into tailored, design-driven solutions
Manage and follow up on client pipelines to drive repeat and referral business
Take ownership of your performance and contribute to a results-driven team culture
What We’re Looking For:
Proven ability to sell and close in a client-facing environment
Strong communication skills and professional presence
High level of accountability, organization, and follow-through
Competitive mindset with a desire to perform at a high level
Interest in luxury, design, and client experience
