You will support content creation: short‑form copy, social publishing, basic event coordination, and video editing. If you want to grow or be connected toward junior content marketing while staying rooted in design, this role is built for that.
Bots & People builds learning experiences that help teams adopt automation and AI in a practical, hands‑on way. We are a 10‑person, fast‑moving company and our brand is experienced through everything we ship: sales decks, website, social content, learning materials, and trade fairs.
You will work closely with our founder and also a Senior Marketer.
Tasks
Design & Brand Execution (Core)
Create high‑impact sales presentations (Canva, PowerPoint) that tell clear stories and help close deals
Design marketing materials end‑to‑end: one‑pagers, PDFs, ads, social assets, case visuals, website graphics
Maintain and evolve our visual system: templates, typography, layout rules, reusable components
Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (Marketing, Sales, Trainers)
Content Creation & Video
Edit short‑form videos for ads and for marketing our learning offerings (cutting, pacing, captions, formats)
Turn raw inputs (talking‑head recordings, session snippets, screenshots, ideas) into publish‑ready content
Create simple variations for campaigns (fast iterations, on‑brand output)
Web Design Support
Design website sections and branded elements in Figma
Build or update landing pages/sections in Webflow
Copy & Social Support
Write and refine short‑form copy: social captions, basic ad copy, headline/CTA options, microcopy for landing pages
Prepare and publish/schedule posts (visual + copy + formatting)
Repurpose existing content into multiple assets (carousel, short clip, quote graphic, recap post)
Events & Trade Fairs
Design trade fair and event visuals: booth graphics, banners, roll‑ups, signage, print assets, merchandise
Support event organization with execution tasks: timelines, checklists, supplier coordination, shipping/print readiness
Help with on‑site setup support when needed
Occasional Learning Design Support (as needed)
Support instructional designers with visual systems for learning: slide templates, workbooks, handouts, workshop materials
Requirements
Must‑haves
Strong design fundamentals: hierarchy, layout, typography, composition, brand consistency
Portfolio showing real, shipped work and range
Confident in Figma, Canva and PowerPoint
Confident in web design and implementation if it is not too technical
Hands‑on maker mindset: you enjoy producing content yourself and iterating quickly with feedback
Solid written English for marketing copy
Structured and reliable: you can juggle multiple requests, manage files cleanly, and hit deadlines
Confidence to record and edit video content
Collaborative communication: you work well with Sales, Marketing, and Learning Consultants and you don’t “leave them wondering”
Nice to have
Webflow experience (or strong motivation to learn fast)
Motion design skills or advanced video editing workflows
Print production experience
Experience with events/trade fairs (practical execution, logistics)
eLearning / instructional design visuals experience
German language skills
