
Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is a hands on, execution focused role for a marketer who can work independently, manage priorities, and move projects forward with urgency. This position is ideal for a generalist who enjoys variety, ownership, and learning across many areas of marketing while contributing to a mission driven organization.
You will be responsible for creating content, managing campaigns, supporting events, and keeping marketing operations running smoothly. This role offers direct access to the Director of Marketing in a small team environment with significant opportunity for growth and skill development.
Core Responsibilities Content Creation and Management Write and edit content for websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, and internal communications
Create and manage video content for digital and social platforms
Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva and related tools
Maintain content and editorial calendars
Email Marketing and Social Media Build, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns
Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and posting schedules
Monitor engagement and performance and make data informed recommendations
Events, Trade Shows, and Surveys Coordinate and manage events, trade shows, sponsorships, and community outreach efforts
Handle logistics, materials, timelines, and follow up
Create and manage surveys for patients, partners, and internal audiences
Maintain inventory of booth materials, print assets, and swag
Marketing Operations and Support Support CRM, data tracking, and reporting efforts
Assist with digital and traditional advertising initiatives
Support internal and external communications
Manage routine marketing tasks while also owning short and long term projects
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For At least 3 years of hands on marketing experience with demonstrable results
Strong writing skills with experience creating web, email, and social content
Experience creating video and graphic content using tools like Canva
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities independently
Strong sense of urgency and accountability
Organized, detail oriented, and proactive
Willingness to pitch in and wear multiple hats in a small team
Comfortable working in office and traveling occasionally for events
A marketing degree is not required. Relevant experience and proven success matter more.
