Responsibilities Kforce is seeking a Senior Associate to join a Global Marketing team, focused on thought leadership and client communications for the U.S. wealth management audience. This role will play a key part in developing high-impact, client-ready messaging across channels, with a strong emphasis on private markets, advisor education, and collaboration with investment affiliates. Requirements Strong understanding of U.S. wealth channels, including RIAs, broker/dealers, and independent firms Knowledge of investment products and solutions preferred, with exposure to private markets a plus Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Seismic, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Adobe, or similar tools Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
