The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with our water treatment solutions while identifying opportunities for growth. Key responsibilities include managing customer accounts, developing strategies to meet client needs, and providing regular updates on service performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham, AL. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Account management and relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach
- Problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience in water treatment, industrial systems, or a related field is advantageous
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in relevant software for customer relationship management and reporting
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field is preferred
