What Youll Do
- Help customers find products that fit their needs and budget
- Build strong relationships in-store, over the phone, and through follow-ups
- Drive sales by generating leads and closing deals
- Manage customer accounts, agreements, and payments
- Maintain showroom appearance and organization
- Support deliveries and store operations as needed
Requirements:
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized, motivated, and goal-driven
- Comfortable using computers and systems
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek
- Store Hours - MondayFriday: 10am7pm, Saturday: 10am6pm (required), Sunday: Closed
- Schedules may vary based on business needs
