CRM Administrator / Developer (Zoho CRM)

Job Description
We are seeking a CRM Administrator / Developer with strong Zoho CRM experience to maintain, customize, and enhance our CRM software system. This role will partner closely with the digital marketing team to build automation, workflows, integrations, and reporting that support business operations and marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically skilled, and comfortable juggling multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and focus.
-Maintain, customize, and support Zoho CRM and related Zoho applications
-Design, develop, test, and deploy CRM solutions to meet business needs
-Build and manage automation, triggers, workflows, email templates, reports, and dashboards
-Develop and maintain CRM integrations using APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools
-Collaborate with the digital marketing team on CRM-driven automation and integration projects
-Troubleshoot issues and optimize CRM performance and usability
-Document processes and technical configurations as needed
