An established independent Critical Access Hospital is seeking a Family Medicine physician skilled in full-scope primary care and surgical obstetrics. Enjoy a practice designed around physician autonomy, excellent staff support, modern technology, and a welcoming community.
The Opportunity: •
Build your practice how you want including full-scope Family Medicine and Surgical Obstetrics •
Join a renowned clinic and hospital with 80+ years providing services to the community •
Flexible schedule with 1:10 call, 4-day work week, and 8 weeks PTO. •
Moderate volume and 30-minute appointment lengths allow you time to build relationships with your patients •
Dedicated nursing staff with strong administrative support, exclusive exam rooms, and modern facilities allow you to focus on providing care.
Compensation Details: •
Guaranteed base salary to $342,000+ plus production bonus with earning potential to $450,000. •
Six-figure incentives include a negotiable sign-on bonus, $10K relocation, $10,000 CME stipend and student loan repayment •
