As a Bilingual Customer Relations Representative, you will help grow the agency by building relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending insurance solutions that protect what matters most. Responsibilities: Generate new business through outbound calling, referrals, follow-up, and lead conversion Build relationships with prospective and existing customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products Cross-sell and upsell additional products when appropriate Support customer retention through proactive service and follow-up Maintain accurate customer records and update account information Work with team members to deliver an excellent customer experience What We’re Looking For
Bilingual in Mandarin and English Strong communication and relationship-building skills Sales-minded, motivated, and goal-oriented Customer service experience preferred Sales experience preferred Comfortable handling objections and solving problems Able to stay organized and perform well in a fast-paced environment Insurance license preferred; must be willing and able to obtain required licenses if not currently licensed Why This Role Stands Out
