Overview Citylight church in Fort Collins, CO is preparing to plant a church in Colorado Springs, CO in 2027 through the Salt Network. The Salt Network is a partner of the Send Network and is “a family of churches committed to reaching college students and planting churches in university centers across the country.”
Responsibilities Co‑lead the church‑plant effort with another elder‑qualified pastor, sharing preaching, teaching and pastoral responsibilities. Collaborate with the Salt Network and local leadership to build a multi‑generational, student‑focused congregation.
Qualifications
Theologically aligned with and agree to the BFM 2000
Must have a clear internal and external calling to church plant
Gifted in preaching and teaching
5+ years of ministry experience
Masters‑level seminary degree preferable
Desire to pastor a multi‑generational church, with a focus on college students
Be willing and able to move to Colorado Springs, CO by summer 2027
