What you will do:
Manage a team of Business Development and Strategy managers and their teams, responsible for the direct management of all Sales Associates at Bloomberg Industry Group
Develop, manage and execute vision for our Sales Associate program
Partner with the following teams to achieve commercial objectives; Training for all BLAUNCH skills development program execution; Enablement for lead generation campaigns and materials design and delivery; Operations for data, technology, and workflow solutions to maximize team efficiency; Sales Leaders for talent and business development.
Analyze structure, determine coverage model assessments and headcount allocation
Lead refinement of Sales Associate role-based processes and best practices
Identify trends, make and implement recommendations for improvement of processes and best practices, both internally and externally
Demonstrate high attention to detail, advanced organizational skills, experience working and delivering objectives under tight deadlines
Hire, develop and performance manage teams
You need to have:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience as an individual contributor in B2B Sales, with experience in the Sales Associate/ BDR space preferred
5+ years of leadership experience
Proven ability to engage with various senior leadership, sales and service stakeholders through constructive and collaborative relationships
Ability to influence others internally and externally including senior executives and vendors
Ability to create and deliver impactful executive presentations
Demonstrated track record of end-to-end project management of large scale strategic initiatives
Demonstrated self-starter, goal oriented, culture leader comfortable with a fast paced & changing environment.
