The bank is seeking a Middle Office/Trade Support Derivatives Analyst to join a high-performing Middle Office team supporting derivative confirmations across Rates, Equity, and GSP products. This role offers strong exposure to global markets, high-value trade activity, and direct interaction with internal stakeholders and external clients across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for clients throughout the derivative confirmation process, ensuring timely resolution of trade breaks and exceptions Review and reconcile derivative trade confirmations across multiple asset classes Partner closely with trading desks, legal, compliance, and global middle office teams to resolve discrepancies and support accurate trade capture Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to support oversight of client accounts and operational metrics Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased accuracy in confirmation workflows Deliver a high level of service to priority clients while meeting internal and external SLA expectations Escalate risks appropriately and maintain strong control discipline in line with regulatory and operational standards
Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in derivatives operations, trade support, confirmations, or middle office environments Exposure to Equity, Rates, Credit, or other derivative products preferred Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience preparing reports and managing exceptions with strong attention to detail Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
