Key Responsibilities: Conduct face-to-face outreach Engage community members in meaningful conversations about our products and services Educate potential customers and answer questions clearly and confidently Generate new leads and drive customer acquisitions Represent the brand professionally and positively at all times Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals Track interactions and maintain accurate records of outreach efforts Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training sessions
Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in sales, customer service, or outreach is a plus but not required
