Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to support our client, in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud, along with excellent analytical and communication skills. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams, including support functions, to ensure seamless delivery and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements Lead implementation and optimization of Financial Services Cloud Support Salesforce cloud merger/integration initiatives Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Ensure best practices in system design, security, and data management Provide guidance and support to development and support teams
