
Marketing Project Specialist

Summary: Hybrid role requiring onsite presence two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays). The Senior Marketing Project Specialist manages multiple marketing and creative projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and cross-functional collaboration are effectively coordinated from initiation through delivery. The position oversees complex seasonal campaigns across print, digital, social, and motion channels, facilitates stakeholder communication, leads meetings, tracks project progress, resolves obstacles, and maintains quality control throughout the approval process.
The role requires strong project management expertise, attention to detail, decision-making under tight deadlines, and experience working with creative teams in agency or corporate marketing environments. Candidates should have 5+ years of project management or marketing operations experience, familiarity with digital and media workflows, and experience using project management tools such as Workfront, Basecamp, or similar platforms. Corporate video production exposure is preferred.
