Position Summary The Operations and Fan Experience Game Day Staff is a part-time, seasonal position(s) for the New Orleans Saints, New Orleans Pelicans, and Laketown Squadron Business Operations and Fan Experience Department. The purpose of this position is to assist in the preparation, coordination, and management of all New Orleans Saints, New Orleans Pelicans, and Laketown Squadron affiliated games and marquee events. What You'll Be Doing: Assist the Operations Departments with operational and logistical needs to effectively and efficiently manage professional football and basketball affiliated events Assist the Fan Experience Department with guest experience related matters during all Saints, Pelicans, and Squadron home games in a timely and professional manner Assist with the coordination and execution of event setup, breakdown, cleanup, and venue conversions for all team-affiliated events, including Saints Training Camp, Pelicans season ticket holder event, and New Orleans Saints, New Orleans Pelicans, and Laketown Squadron home games (including playoffs), as well as additional setup days leading up to events Ensure proper adherence to the credentialing system for all events Engage with fans to provide exceptional customer service while providing an elevated fan experience at all Saints, Pelicans, and Squadron home games and special events Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge base about the facilities (gate entry, ticket scanning, concession stands, seating locations, activations, amenities, etc.) to provide high-level fan satisfaction Assist with special projects and events as needed Perform other tasks as assigned What You'll Bring: Must be available to work at all Training Camp practices and setup, a full setup day prior to each New Orleans Saints home game along with other potential setup days in the week leading up to games (including playoffs), and New Orleans Saints, New Orleans Pelicans, and Laketown Squadron home games (including playoffs) Experience with a sports team, athletic department, and/or event operations (preferred but not required) Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills Dedication, strong work ethic, self-motivated Outstanding leadership and time management skills Superior communication, problem solving, responsiveness, follow up, and technological skills Flexibility to work various hours including nights, holidays and weekends Ability to shift areas of focus based on importance Must be able to lift 25+ pounds Must be able to provide own housing and transportation All Candidates Should Have: Commitment to community and a people-first mindset Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to celebrate individuality and value diverse perspectives High integrity and a proactive, solutions-oriented "winning" mindset Applications must be submitted online.
