We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator. This role combines a primary purpose of administrative support for our Global Commercial Strategy team and Product Team Leaders. This role is based in Santa Monica, CA. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, including calendar management, expenses, and travel; partnering with the Global Commercial Strategy teams and Product Team leaders to support meetings and activities; managing business calendar(s) collaborating with peers on forward planning initiatives; planning and organizing internal onsite and offsite meetings, ensuring timely preparation of agendas and meeting minutes; coordinating registrations for conferences, symposia, and local / international congresses; maintaining departmental information, including but not limited to organizational charts, rosters, birthday list, distribution lists, territory maps, photo library, etc.; supporting recruitment and onboarding of new hires by scheduling interviews, creating onboarding plans, and completing onboarding tasks; handling general inquiries and routing questions to appropriate resources; and always maintaining confidentiality. Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree OR Associate Degree and 2+ years of experience OR High School Degree and 3+ years of experience. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and systems, 2 years of office administrative experience, strong attention to detail and is organized with a systematic approach, resilience under pressure, ability to prioritize information and meetings on behalf of team members / senior leadership, proven administration experience within a fast-paced international organization, experience with data management and MS Office (e.g., PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, MS Teams, and Zoom), willingness to help and learn with a team player mentality, and ability to work in a field of uncertainty and ambiguity. The salary range for this position is: $99,705.00 - $129,030.00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
