Superintendent Position
Landmark Builders, LLC offers general construction, design/build services, construction management and upfit/renovation services throughout the Carolinas, Georgia, and Virginia. Our primary markets include industrial, distribution, office, retail, private schools, healthcare, hospitality and senior living construction. Landmark Builders is seeking a full-time, experienced Superintendent in Charlotte, NC. Key responsibilities include: Leading field teams on assigned construction projects, providing direct supervision and guidance to subcontractors and Landmark personnel. Creating and implementing project execution plans for complex projects, adjusting as necessary to address changing needs and requirements. Leading project safety culture and confirming adherence to Landmark Safety Program. Generating, maintaining, and executing detailed look ahead schedules, scheduling all subcontractors, suppliers, testing, and inspections as necessary to meet required milestones. Ensuring compliance with project plans, project specifications, and Landmark QA/QC program. Leading weekly onsite progress meetings with subcontractors and participating in regular Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings. Maintaining open lines of communication with General Superintendent, Project Manager, field staff, owners, architects, subcontractors, etc., keeping the entire team informed of project issues and changes. Qualifications include: 5+ years of experience preferred as a commercial construction Superintendent. Proven leadership ability. Detail oriented management style. Excellent communication skills. Safety focus and expertise (30-hour OSHA preferred). Efficient personnel management approach.
