Lead daily onsite activities from project start through completion. Direct and coordinate subcontractors, field crews, vendors, and inspectors. Maintain strict jobsite safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance. Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents. Manage schedule execution, sequencing, manpower, and daily workflow. Handle site logistics, including equipment placement, deliveries, and material use. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on progress updates, challenges, and resource needs. Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation. Assist with quality control, punch list management, and project turnover. Proven experience supervising commercial construction projects. Background in industrial, educational, religious, retail, distribution, or general commercial construction. Strong skills in field coordination, subcontractor oversight, and scheduling. Excellent understanding of construction drawings and technical details. Strong leadership with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach. High attention to safety, quality, and jobsite organization. Solid communication skills for interacting with owners, architects, and field staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-moving environments. What's on Offer
