We’re hiring a Construction Superintendent at E Asher Construction.
We’re a 50+ year family-owned GC that builds fast-track restaurant and retail projects for brands like McDonald’s, Sweetgreen, and Dunkin’ across NJ, Eastern PA, and Hudson Valley / Southern NY. 1,000+ projects completed. Zero missed deadlines.
We need someone who can run a job site independently—coordinate subs, manage the schedule, enforce quality, and keep the owner and architect informed. Our projects are spread across NJ, Eastern PA, and Hudson Valley / Southern NY. Some jobs will be local, others may require overnight stays depending on location. We provide per diem for travel jobs. This isn’t a desk job. It’s boots on the ground, every day.
What we’re looking for: 3+ years as a superintendent with demonstrated ability to run projects independently Restaurant or retail buildout experience preferred OSHA 30 certification Procore experience preferred Reliable, organized, and direct
