Job Summary
The Cybersecurity Portfolio Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of cybersecurity initiatives and projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with CommonSpirit Health's overall business objectives. The role partners closely with leadership, business owners, and project teams to prioritize initiatives, manage resources, and deliver value through an optimized cybersecurity portfolio. Job Responsibilities Manage the cybersecurity portfolio team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering strategic value. Oversee resource planning and allocation to support successful execution of initiatives. Track project budgets, analyze spending, and provide financial reports and forecasts to leadership. Monitor performance metrics to evaluate portfolio effectiveness and recommend improvements. Implement and refine portfolio management processes, tools and metrics for greater efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and ensure projects deliver intended outcomes. Identify risks and dependencies within the portfolio and implement mitigation strategies. Foster staff growth by supporting training programs and enhancing team capabilities. Job Requirements
Required
5-7 years Relevant Subject Matter Experience. Preferred
Bachelors Other and Leadership experience, upon hire. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
