Avenue5 Residential - - Responsibilities: Maintain meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path, parking lots and other areas to maximize curb appeal; Remove trash and debris from office areas and property perimeter daily; Assist in the preparation of market-ready units; Pressure wash exterior buildings and sidewalks; Assist with property emergencies such as snow removal and inclement weather, fires, and floods
