The Company is seeking a visionary VP/Senior Director of Lifecycle & Retention Marketing to lead the development of a cutting-edge lifecycle strategy that fosters deep, meaningful connections with its community. This role is pivotal in driving customer loyalty, lifetime value, and advocacy, and is not confined to traditional CRM practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and scaling an AI-powered lifecycle engine, leveraging advanced capabilities in data, technology, and storytelling to create personalized experiences across all touchpoints. A customer-centric mindset, combined with expertise in AI, automation, and real-time personalization, is essential for delivering the right message to the right customer at the right moment.
Applicants should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in lifecycle, CRM, and retention marketing, preferably within DTC retail or apparel. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in high-growth environments, particularly in scaling systems to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business. Deep expertise in AI-driven lifecycle marketing, advanced personalization, and hands-on experience with modern lifecycle platforms is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in building testing frameworks, and a sharp brand-first instinct.
