Product Manager

Develop and execute product strategies to meet market needs and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and R&D. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Identify new product needs of the marketplace from interaction with end users, distributors, OEM's and the formal use of Voice of the Customer. Oversee product lifecycle management from concept to launch. Ensure market and customer requirements are contained within the QFD and product specification. Coordinate the production and coordination of all reference material/technical information. Support sales teams with product knowledge and customer presentations. Monitor competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders. A successful Product Manager should have: Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred. Strong understanding of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry, particularly in electronics. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge and experience in Electrical Industry preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making processes.
