New Ground-Up Multifamily Construction
We are representing a reputable Multifamily General Contractor and are looking to add an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to join their dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing New Ground Up Multifamily projects, assuming responsibility for the project's entire lifecycle.
Manage an exciting New Ground Up Multifamily project from inception to completion. Ideal for candidates local to the Carolina's and/or willing to Travel Per Diem and Furnished housing provided
Competitive salary complemented by a generous bonus structure and 401k match. Opportunity to lead and manage the creation of New Ground Up Multifamily Projects.
Currently a Multifamily Superintendent with a General Contractor or Developer. Successful completion of at least 2+ Multifamily projects as a Lead Superintendent. Proficient in creating and managing a 2-week lookahead schedule, with the ability to make necessary adjustments. Demonstrated ability to oversee on-site subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and leading by example.
