Full time, Monday thru Friday 8 AM - 4 PM, entry-level position with room for advancement. Hiring a self-motivated individual to assist in daily operations. Must be organized and able to complete tasks efficiently. Candidate would be responsible for handling a large volume of calls with an emphasis on Excellent Customer Service in addition to data-entry tasks. Position includes a variety of clerical and receptionist duties. Candidate is responsible for electronic data entry. Expected to perform other similar and related duties as assigned. Entry-level position will train to suit. Requirements Enthusiastic, upbeat, and positive. Professional appearance/demeanor. Maintain an attitude of flexibility. Stay organized and efficient. Duties: Answer Phones. Greet everyone with a smile. Assist management team in the office as needed. Post payments Maintain detailed notes on customer accounts Keeping inventory of office supplies.
