Charles Berrouet State Farm is seeking a service-driven Customer Retention Specialist to join our high-performing agency. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping customers, building long-term relationships, and delivering a high-quality service experience.
While this position is primarily service-focused, success in this role also includes identifying opportunities within the existing book of business and confidently guiding conversations toward appropriate coverage solutions.

What You'll Do
Provide exceptional service and support to existing customers Manage policy renewals, updates, billing questions, and coverage inquiries Assist customers through the claims process and provide follow-up support Review accounts to ensure accurate and complete coverage Identify opportunities to strengthen coverage and generate in-book sales Build strong customer relationships that drive retention and referrals Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions Collaborate with team members to achieve service and production goals What We're Looking For
Strong customer service mindset with excellent relationship-building skills Ability to listen, identify needs, and recommend appropriate solutions Comfortable transitioning from service conversations into sales opportunities Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to succeed in a performance-driven environment Prior experience in customer service, account management, or insurance preferred Insurance or State Farm experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred but not required Licensing Requirements (Job Contingent)
Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred If not currently licensed, must be willing to obtain required licenses Full support and guidance provided throughout the licensing process What We Offer
