
U.S International Tax Senior Analyst

International Tax Senior
The International Tax Senior is responsible for preparation and review of U.S. Federal Tax Return forms including 5471 and 8858, 1118, 8992-Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income (GILTI), 8991 Base Erosion and Anti-Abuse Tax (BEAT) and 8993 Foreign-Derived Intangible Income (FDII). They also prepare and review the company's forecasted 1118 for provision and forecasted cash taxes. They work with co-sourced third-party providers to complete assigned tasks, leverage technology solutions to optimize processes, and support the company's cash repatriation efforts. They build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations. They develop and train tax interns and/or tax analysts, support company positions in tax audits and participate in tax planning projects, and assist in preparing calculations to determine Mars' Pillar Two tax liability. The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.
