Commercial Lines Account Manager
Peoples Underwriters Inc. is an independent insurance agency located on the east coast of South Carolina with 3 locations including Myrtle Beach, Conway and Mullins. We have been in business since 1958 servicing Horry County, Pee Dee and the surrounding area. We take pride in the principles of service, integrity and professionalism. We are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager with 3-5 years of experience to service an existing book of business within our company working closely with a commercial producer. The right candidate will be responsible for managing commercial insurance customers, including analyzing and maintaining appropriate coverage, increasing market share and improving customer retention. We are looking for candidates who want to work in an exciting environment and constantly strive to improve their skill set and professional knowledge base. Responsibilities
Assist in achieving annual agency sales goals. Understand product line offerings and market trends. Proactively identify, respond to, and resolve issues and opportunities. Stay knowledgeable about the industry, competitors, and marketplace trends. Maintain professional and technical knowledge. Demonstrate a commitment to customer service. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Salary Range: Based on experience. Includes new business commission opportunity. Hiring Location: Currently hiring for our Myrtle Beach location.
