Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, an established insurance agency. This role is essential in delivering excellent client service by assisting with policy inquiries, updates, billing questions, and claims support. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage explanations Process endorsements, certificates, and other policy-related documentation Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and service requests Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within agency management systems Handle billing inquiries and provide basic claims guidance Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience with every interaction Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information Requirements include:
