This position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within HCAs timeframes, KPI's and adhere to HCA's policy and procedures, as well as compliance. What You Will Do: Process requests in accordance with Payment Servicing SLAs. Respond to emails and various escalated account issues within the assigned SLA. Track productivity and provide status updates for KPI's. Work with QA team to ensure Productivity, Quality, Compliance standards are met. Generate letters, send and retain documents as requested to ensure accuracy per HCA's Policy and Procedures while being compliant. May contact insurance companies and body shops to obtain information regarding insurance issues
