Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end testing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, testing methodologies, and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities: Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom implementations. Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements. Build and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar technologies. Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware platforms. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing. Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and test coverage. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes. Ensure data integrity and validate complex business workflows within Salesforce. Support release cycles and production validations. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 4-8+ years of QA experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce testing. Hands-on experience in both manual testing and test automation. Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python, TestNG, or Cucumber. Experience testing Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Lightning Experience. Strong knowledge of SOQL, APIs, and data validation techniques. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar. Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or QA-related certifications). Experience with Provar, Copado, or other Salesforce-specific automation tools. Knowledge of DevOps practices and test automation in CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in Agile environments.
