This position will be primarily responsible for coordinating, researching, and responding to carrier requests, particularly related to agent conduct matters. This role will help ensure that the company is completely and accurately responding to requests from its carrier partners to demonstrate compliance with regulations and contractual obligations. Essential duties and responsibilities include: Responding to requests for information from insurance carriers in connection with their oversight of their distribution partners' sales practices. Ensuring that responses from agents are timely, accurate, and complete. Conducting agent coaching in response to corrective action plans. Tracking agent conduct cases in a software system. Assisting in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and work instructions. Assisting in the identification, analysis, and resolution of compliance issues. Maintaining and reviewing regulatory documentation necessary to maintain corporate standards. Working with internal and external partners on compliance and business initiatives. Participating in compliance projects as needed. Qualifications

Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience. 2+ years relevant experience. Background in the insurance industry or compliance-related position preferred. Experience with CMS/Carrier sales requirements preferred. Skill in using computer applications including MS Office. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to communicate well to both senior management and sales professionals. Ability to build business partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Ability to prioritize work appropriately to ensure we focus our resources on the highest-risk matters.
