We're seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support Medicaid RFP proposal development . You'll work with solution architects, SMEs, and proposal teams to deliver clear, compliant, and compelling responses aligned with Medicaid and government procurement requirements. This role is a remote contract opportunity. Key Responsibilities Review, edit, and enhance Medicaid RFP responses for clarity and compliance Analyze RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and mandatory elements Support compliance matrices and proposal organization Translate complex technical and Medicaid program requirements into clear narratives Draft technical, operational, and management sections Incorporate reviewer feedback and finalize proposal content Previous Experience Medicaid and/or government RFP writing experience Strong understanding of compliance‑driven proposals Ability to simplify technical and programmatic concepts Experience collaborating with SMEs and proposal teams Where you land in the salary range depends on how well your background and experience meet the requirements outlined in the job posting.
