As an Advertising Sales Executive at LPi, you will enjoy uncapped commission opportunities and a benefits package available the first of the month following employment. Job Overview of an Advertising Sales Executive Base salary of $42,250 plus uncapped commissions. First-year earning potential ranges from $55–65K, with an average of $85K thereafter. Work in a hybrid environment—both on site with clients and at home, with availability to travel overnight 35% of the time. Sell digital and print advertising to small and medium‑sized consumer service businesses within an assigned book of business through high‑volume outbound calls. Build and manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce by creating urgency to win new business. Grow customer accounts with an entrepreneurial mindset backed by a 50‑year‑old organization.
