This position is located in any of our office locations. The Role As a Graphic Designer, you will be a key player in creating packaging design and branding solutions for a wide array of our brands. You will independently manage Anora’s design process, ensuring all projects align with the respective brand’s DNA and our high standards for quality and creativity. You will also have the opportunity to act as the lead designer for a chosen category or brand. Main Responsibilities Create unique packaging designs and brand identities that are aligned with the brand strategy. Lead the design development for specific brands and categories in close collaboration with the brand teams. Select and decide on materials, ensuring they meet Anora’s criteria for suppliers, recycling, and budget. Act as an internal creative consultant, and coordinate the work of external agencies when needed. Manage and update existing brand designs and portfolios. What you’ll do Create packaging design concepts based on briefs and brand guidelines. Select materials that meet Anora’s supplier, sustainability, and budget criteria. Prepare design files for approval processes and ensure that packaging complies with legislation. Support RFQ processes with material‑related insights. Produce visuals and product images for marketing, sales, and digital channels. Update and maintain existing brand design assets and portfolios. Work closely with packaging developers, brand teams, and external agencies. Contribute to design presentations and team idea‑generation sessions. Mandate Make material and production‑related design decisions within Anora’s established standards and project budgets. You’ll have the creative space to propose new ideas, explore design directions, and contribute to shaping our brands, while learning from an experienced team. What you bring Experience & education Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design or similar. Experience being the responsible designer for a new product or concept. Experience working internationally or in a matrix organization. Familiarity with product development from idea to launch. 2–5 years' experience working with product or packaging design. Skills Strong grasp of visual and graphic design principles. Understanding of printing techniques, packaging materials & production processes. Solid Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign skills, and AI tools. Bonus: 3D skills or project management know‑how. Languages English (very good–fluent). Finnish or Swedish (fluent). You are creatively bold yet structured in your approach, and a team player who enjoys collaboration. You are organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. As a designer, you are curious, driven, and ready to grow, with a mix of creativity and precision that makes packaging design your sweet spot. Success in this role is reflected through strong feedback from Brand Management and key stakeholders, winning design concepts in tenders and pitches, and achieving individual creative and development goals.
