About the Role As the Influencer Marketing Manager, Brand at Anthropic, you will own and scale our brand‑side influencer programs for Claude—activating large‑scale brand campaigns through influencer activations, building ambassador relationships, gifting programs, and event activations that deepen Anthropic’s cultural presence and bring our brand story for Claude to life through trusted creative voices. This role focuses on cultivating long‑term creator partnerships that champion Anthropic’s brand positioning and extend our reach into new audiences globally. Responsibilities Own and evolve Anthropic’s brand ambassador program end‑to‑end, from creator identification and onboarding through ongoing engagement and program measurement. Develop and execute global brand campaigns in partnership with creators and ambassadors, ensuring consistency with Anthropic’s brand positioning and messaging across markets. Build and nurture a thriving ambassador community, creating meaningful touchpoints that keep creators engaged, informed, and excited to champion Anthropic’s story. Plan and coordinate influencer activations at events—including owned events, industry conferences, and cultural moments—managing creator attendance, content opportunities, and on‑site experiences. Serve as the brand messaging lead for all influencer‑facing communications, ensuring creator briefs, talking points, and campaign narratives align with Anthropic and Claude’s broader brand and comms strategy. Develop scalable frameworks for vetting and onboarding new ambassador partners, evaluating for brand alignment, audience fit, creative quality, and long‑term partnership potential. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand, Creative, Communications, Events, and Product Marketing teams to align influencer programs with broader marketing initiatives and campaign calendars. Track and report on program health—including ambassador engagement, brand sentiment, content reach, and qualitative impact—using insights to continuously refine the program. Stay current on creator economy trends, platform shifts, and emerging voices to keep Anthropic’s brand influencer strategy ahead of the curve. Qualifications 5–7+ years of experience managing brand influencer or ambassador programs, with a track record of building long‑term creator relationships that drive brand awareness and cultural relevance. Hands‑on experience designing and executing global brand campaigns with influencer or creator partners, including adapting strategies across different markets and audiences. Strong relationship builder who excels at cultivating authentic, ongoing partnerships with creators—not just transactional one‑off sponsorships. Experience running gifting programs, ambassador communities, or similar ongoing engagement models that keep creators active and invested in a brand’s story. Strong brand instincts with a deep understanding of how to translate brand messaging and positioning into compelling creator briefs and partnership narratives. Highly organized and operationally strong, with the ability to manage multiple programs, events, and creator relationships simultaneously without dropping details. Experience coordinating influencer presence and activations at events, including managing logistics, content capture, and on‑site creator experiences. Results‑oriented, with a bias towards flexibility and impact. Care about ensuring that transformative AI systems are developed safely. Additional Desired Qualifications Experience working in brand marketing at a high‑growth technology company navigating rapid category evolution. Familiarity with the AI tools landscape and the emerging creator voices in these spaces. Experience building influencer programs from scratch or significantly scaling an existing program at a company entering a new phase of brand maturity. Background that blends brand strategy with creator partnerships—comfortable in both strategic planning and hands‑on execution. International experience or demonstrated ability to design programs that work across global markets. Strong creative sensibility with an eye for content quality and brand alignment.
