The Role


We’re hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to build and scale a predictable, data-driven growth engine.

This is not a brand-only role — we need someone with a strong operations background who

understands how to architect systems, optimize funnels, and drive revenue with precision. You will own the full growth lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization — working

closely with product, sales, and leadership.


What You’ll Do


  • Own and scale customer acquisition channels (paid, organic, partnerships, lifecycle)
  • Build and optimize the full funnel — from first touch to conversion and retention
  • Develop a growth operating system (testing frameworks, reporting, attribution, experimentation cadence)
  • Drive pipeline and revenue, not just traffic
  • Partner with product to improve activation, onboarding, and user experience
  • Implement and manage CRM, marketing automation, and data infrastructure
  • Analyze performance deeply — CAC, LTV, payback periods, conversion rates
  • Lead and build a high-performing growth team over time


Who You Are


  • 6–10+ years in growth, performance marketing, or revenue roles
  • Strong operations background — you think in systems, processes, and efficiency
  • Proven track record of scaling growth in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Deep understanding of funnels, attribution, and analytics
  • Hands-on — you can both build and strategize
  • Highly data-driven with strong intuition for what moves metrics
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership
