Head of Marketing (AI SaaS)

Rate Me More is an AI-powered SaaS platform helping local businesses generate authentic, platform-native reviews using a single smart QR code. We combine AI, UX, and growth automation to solve one of the biggest problems in local business marketing: reviews at scale. We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to own and scale our entire growth engine — from positioning and demand generation to launches, partnerships, and revenue growth. This is a foundational leadership role with real ownership, impact, and upside. Tasks Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Rate Me More Define and execute go-to-market strategy for SMBs and agencies Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue Lead Product Marketing (positioning, messaging, pricing, launches) Scale paid acquisition (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) Own SEO, content, and conversion optimization Manage ProductHunt, AppSumo, LTDs, and launch campaigns Build and manage affiliate & partnership programs Collaborate closely with Product & Founders on roadmap and growth experiments Track and report key metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR growth, churn) Build and lead the marketing team as the company scales Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing Proven track record of scaling a SaaS product Strong experience in growth marketing & performance marketing Deep understanding of SMB and local business marketing Experience launching products on ProductHunt / LTD platforms Strong analytical mindset (funnels, attribution, experiments) Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment Bonus: Experience in AI products, MarTech, or SaaS tools Benefits High-impact leadership role with real ownership Competitive salary + equity / ESOP Work directly with founders Fully remote / hybrid flexibility Opportunity to build and lead the marketing org from scratch Massive growth potential in a fast-scaling AI product Freedom to experiment, ship fast, and own results If you’re excited about building and scaling a category-defining AI SaaS product — and want true ownership over growth — we’d love to hear from you.
