As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition, conversion, and growth experiments across channels. Tasks Own and optimize user acquisition funnels Run growth experiments across paid, SEO, lifecycle, and CRO Scale paid marketing channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) Improve activation and onboarding conversion Own landing pages, A/B tests, and funnel analytics Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering Track and improve CAC, LTV, MRR growth Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role within the software development industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies for small to medium-sized companies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
