hands‑on Growth Leader
to own
user acquisition across paid channels , driving efficient, scalable growth through
experimentation, optimization, and execution . This is not a strategy-only role — this is for someone who lives inside ad platforms and
owns performance end‑to‑end . Location:

Full‑time | Senior Level Key Areas:
Fintech | AI | Consumer Growth What You’ll Do
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok.
Own full lifecycle: Setup, testing, optimization, scaling.
Monitor and optimize key KPIs: CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC.
Run structured experiments on Audiences, Creative, Messaging, Budgets.
Collaborate with creative teams to iterate ad assets based on data.
Partner with product/marketing to improve landing pages and conversion flows.
Manage attribution and measurement (e.g., Singular).
Identify and test new channels for incremental growth.
Ensure campaigns comply with finance/credit regulations.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of
hands‑on paid acquisition experience .
Proven track record managing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok.
Strong analytical mindset; KPI‑driven (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC).
Experience with attribution tools (e.g., Singular) and data‑driven optimization.
Comfortable working in regulated industries (fintech preferred).
Must‑have: Operator mindset (not just strategy), ownership of campaigns end‑to‑end.
Bonus:
Fintech/credit experience, startup growth experience, experience launching new acquisition channels.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Lives inside Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads. Thinks in data, experiments, iteration cycles. Has scaled campaigns with clear KPI ownership. Comfortable moving fast and
